BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Select the test

you would like to schedule followed by the date and time. All Prices listed below

Antigen Test valid for entry into the U.S and Canada (email results within 2 hours)

Antigen Test ONSITE/IN HOME

PCR Test (results within 24 to 48 hours) please book before 12:00pm.

Antibodies Test general knowledge to see if you have already had Covid **not recognized for entry into the U.S or Canada**

your INTAKE FORM must be completed with correct passport information before you arrive for your appointment.

**If you are booking for more then one person, each appt MUST be booked with each persons individual name and passport information**

Multiple appts under one name will be cancelled

5. Confirm your appointment and enter your credit card information

to hold your appt. (no charge to your card to hold your appt). You can pay in full at this time if you choose.

6. Be on time: If for some reason you are not able to show up on time for your appointment please let us know, otherwise after being 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be marked as a NO SHOW and your credit card will be charged.

7. Cancellation/ no show policy: full payment will be charged if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours.
